Search using the API

A search engine API is a way to check rankings or perform a search powered by a search engine. Currently, Accurate Monitor for Search Engines supports Google API search and Yahoo! API search.

Why would one want to use an API? Here are some advantages: There are some disadvantages, though: To enable the Google API, use the "Use Google authentication key" option in the Preferences window and type your Google key in the text field. After that, every time you check ranking on Google, Accurate Monitor for Search Engines will use the Google API for that.

To enable the Yahoo! API, you must use Yahoo! (API) modules instead of Yahoo! and type your Yahoo ID in the Preferences window:
