I want to know if is possible to include a part of a url. I have some virtual host with the same end, like aaa.xxxxx.com, bbb.xxxxx.com... etc.

If your goal is to check your position regardless of subdomain name, then you simply need to specify the base part of your url: xxxxxx.com without subdomain.
